Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Diēs Sōlis pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

Standard items – change of mind and wrong size

We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection on standard items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and has all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and approved, you may choose between an exchange, subject to availability, or a refund to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or deliberate damage are not eligible for return or refund.

Pre orders and limited edition items

Pre order and limited edition items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a pre order or limited edition item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund and cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will organise a repair, replacement, or refund and cover any reasonable return shipping costs. Minor variations in colour, texture, stitching, or finish that do not affect the wearability or function of the garment are not considered faults. Items damaged after delivery through wear, misuse, or deliberate action are not considered faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and the reason for return. We may request photos to assess the condition of the item. Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
